Steve.......It is good you have #10 AWG wire installed and the ability to go with 240 volts if you wish. That was good planning. Don't forget that installing 30 amp single pole circuit breakers for your two dedicated amplifier circuits will require a 30 amp receptacle, a 30 amp plug for each amp (Nema L6-30R receptacle, Nema L5-30P plug) and the correct trim plates for the two receptacles.
