Have you spoken to SteveL at VAS. He is very knowledgeable/helpful.
Have you tried lubing the bearing in your TT? Pretty simple process and it may be dry.
Do you have a rumble filter in the C2300? May be all you need. Again, if were me I would give Steve a call and ask him.
Is it only the one channel in your video or both channels?
Another thought is that the noise may be coming thru the power supply in your C2300. If 100 is the max and you've go it up to 85 that's a bunch of gain and may be near its limits.
Since nothing is moving in your video it doesn't not appear to be mechanical feedback other than the possibility of transformer hum feeding back acoustically.
