Yes, definitely, about as well as the amp would work with most speakers. Wilson's sound excellent with tubes and it appears to be a very nice tube amp. My main caveat is the dynamic limitation. You are going to have 100 watts. In a reasonably sized room at reasonable sound pressure levels this should be more than enough.
