Many years ago ,focal was providing loudspeakers units for both professionnal or consumer market ,Jm lab designed the cabinet as well.
The cottage industry in France until the 90's used Focal loudspeakers' kit units to design their own commercial product...
It was the golden age
this company remains independant not he case for the other french high end loudspeaker product maker like Cabasse or Triangle....(japanese, Chinese)
