Agreed! A vinyl record and a needle are ALL ABOUT vibration. Literally how it works. Mitigating external vibration is paramount to recreating the original content of the record. A clamp will help mitigate or maybe even prevent much of the resonance that will otherwise cause external vibrations to get amplified and ultimately reach the speakers. Maybe it won’t solve all your issues but it’ll sure help prevent some.
