I took delivery of a new LPI v2 this afternoon. Apologies to the member who said this originally, but it was obvious from the instant the needle touched down on the record. The LPI v2 is transformative. A level of clarity and space was immediately apparent. The bass was tighter, the instruments occupied their own spaces, and voices were more natural. From a record weight ?!? Yes. Count me in the “believer” column when it comes to Stillpoints. Thank you again Ivan. Every word of your description was accurate.
I have a Palmer 2.5i table, Audio Origami PU7 arm, and Koetsu Rosewood Signature cart. I have always used the weight that came with the table. This setup has never sounded better than it did today with the LPI v2.
