Thanks MasterLu. I think this is a good video. It basically says vinyl and digital can be equal… it depends.

After a disappointing show for digital until the last couple of years I have collected a couple thousand vinyl albums in great condition… many audiophile pressings.

I am now happily engrossed in high quality digital streaming… but with a contemporary Linn LP12 Klimax (minus the Linn Phono Stage… with a Audio Research Reference 3)… I can switch back and forth… enjoying the best of both worlds. I am really enjoying old vinyl recordings… cleaning and spinning vinyl…. And, when I feel lazy, exploring the world of all music at audiophile sound quality.

My analog end has slightly greater detail than my digital end, sometimes… but not enough to take away enjoyment from my digital end. I am loving spinning my vinyl on such a legend… one confirmed I sound quality in this months Stereophile.
