Long ago in a galaxy far, far away I had a PS Audio PS300...until I purchased an original-version Shunyata conditioner (I still have it feeding my home-office system via a specially-terminated Venom NR power cord). Followed up with a used Shunyata Hydra 8 v.2 that feeds the living-room system and a new Shunyata Delta D6 conditioner that supplies the bedroom system, where I do my "serious" listening.

None of these systems runs off of a dedicated line, so mine's not an "apples-to-apples" comparison for your purposes. But in each instance--including the original-version's "smoking" of the PS300--the audible improvement in system output has been substantial, most notably in soundstage expansion, delineation, and dimensionality, tonal/timbral accuracy and definition, and dynamic scaling. The overall impact is a sonic presentation that's "freer" of the physical placement of the speakers.

FWIW.
