It is difficult for outsiders (like us) to judge because we do not have all the information available. Typically direct sellers claim that they can price their products cheaper by eliminating the middle man. I have owned PS Audio products. They all worked fine for me and represented good value for the money. I still own a PS10 power device. Good luck to them; hope they are still around if I ever need service.
