Devore speakers are also really good and Matt has a lot of experience matchng different components. Besides the Gibbons, the O/96 and O/93 speakers look really interesting, depending upon your budget, both in dollars and space,

Gary,
Thanks a lot. I'm looking for small footprint speakers there due to waf problems and besides I also have two other large systems.
Those Ref 3A speakers are very nice.
When I will get the Apetite, I will try it on various speakers I have at home, which are not supposed to work with a low power amp like that ( but my experience in the past showed me that preconceived statements are the norm in this hobby ). Depending on the results, I may take a high eff way or not.....
Will also be able to try the Apetite on various speakers I'm interested in at dealers, including the Rega RS10 and the Mulidine Cadence.
