Glad you're still enjoying the 'table. I have the SL-1210 MK5. They certainly perform better than their "DJ" 'table moniker.
For the record Technics didn't design this direct drive 'table to be a DJ spinner. It wasn't until they realized it was a hit globally within the DJ business that they started catering to what DJ's wanted. At its core is still just a solid 'table that acquits itself quite well.
KAB USA can do some serious mods to it if that bug ever bites you.
