IMHO two A-75 (unbridged) would only make sense, if you opted for bi-amplification.

I have not heared yet of any speakers you could not fully control with two A-250 (unbridged).
In practice and with speakers with normal sensitivity (e.g. 90dB SPL @ 2.83V (1W)) you need much less power than 100W (@ 8 Ohms).
And do not forget that unlike virtually all other amps (including Macs) it's 200W @ 4Ohms, 400W at @ 2 Ohms and 800 W @ 1 Ohm; so plenty of power for low frequencies where usually a speaker's impedance drops low.

Or are your speakers capable of producing (and your ears of enduring) continuously more than 110 dB SPL?
(An average of 85 dB SPL is recommended to prevent your ears from becoming damaged!)
