DC v Heller has been decided in saying the 2nd Amendment gives an individual right to gun ownership, and the result was to repeal the gun ban in DC.
Is there something i'm missing here?

Indeed, if facts were available, then faith is not required, so in a sense, faith can be based on the absence of evidence-a fiction.
