I’ll save you the trouble of looking for it. Electronics do not enjoy frequent on/off cycling for many reasons.
I turn my system on in the morning and put it into standby mode or OFF when standby not available on gear when I’m done for the day. Obviously tube gear gets turned on, warmed up, enjoyed and goes off to save tubes.
