Sorry, but nope. On the datasheet,
https://www.accuphase.com/cat/e-650_e.pdf, power is specified (and guaranteed) for 1-ohm , 2-ohm, 4-ohm and 8-ohm loads.
Under normal operating conditions you will not have to fear any power restrictions due to thermal limitations.
