I left the USB bandwagon since last year. I also use AES/EBU as I do not need DSD. I read over Hi Fi Advice that the author also prefers AES/EBU over USB and is quite descriptive of the differences. In his review of the Jorma Digital AES/EBU cable, he uses the BDP-3 as a source with a plethora of cable only to conclude the the old interface sounds better.

The KS2020 came from someone whom I already purchased some cables before and got a good price on it. I purchased it since it was BNC/BNC which the BDP-3 requires. I hope/expect it to be somewhere in the middle of the Inakustik 2404 AIR and the Shunyata Alpha v2.
