I just got my brand new panels, and right out of the box:
- The wooden end caps on my Tri-Trap have small dents along the edge
- My Tri-Trap fabric had several staples just hanging out of it that I needed to hammer back in
- The fabric on my 1D diffuser panels have actual strings hanging out where it meets the vinyl
- The white fabric on one of my 1D panels has a nice black mark/stain along the edge.
Is this typical? If so, perhaps I need to return them and go with another vendor.
At this point I'm frightened to even take the 244s out of the box.
Edit: What I thought was a horrible paint job on the feet was actually a protective white vinyl that could be peeled off, revealing a satin finish underneath! Who knew?
