Except it will not turn on the MDA1K... you need to route it to a dumber module and then the dumb module to the MDA1K.
For example, I have to use the 12V trigger from a small light on the front of the TV, which then triggers the MC402, and THAT will trigger the MDA1K. When going from MDA1K to 402 it will not work.
But it does work, and exceptionally well - highly recommended and highly convenient, once you ghetto rig it...
