Since even the Everest still benefits from components using NR cables, we may be still a long way from having a conditioner that is that effective. Given that Shunyata prioritizes DTCD, I’m sure they’d love to be able to recommend using only their XC cables, but in the real world the NR technology still provides a worthwhile benefit. Maybe this will always be the case as there is just so much darn noise coming from our components and manufacturers, not surprisingly, don’t seem interested in reducing the noise that comes out of their products.
