I have a Fire-Bottle Universal SET amp that I have been having fun tube rolling with. I would like to do some A/B testing with my other amps. I have a simple 2-in-1-out switch that lets me switch two amps between one set of speakers. With my solid state amps I don't worry about leaving them on when there is no speaker load, but I've read that certain tube amps can be damaged if they are left on without being connected to speakers. Does anybody know how the Dennis Had amps work in this regard? I tried emailing him but got no response.
