Default Simple Video Booster

I am working on a small video system to serve an activity hall.

The system has one camera with coaxial output that currently feeds a two in/four out splitter with coaxial sent to 4 monitors. There are no video signal boosters (amplifiers?) in the system.

The signal to all 4 monitors is poor. My thought was to add some form of signal booster to each coaxial circuit off the splitter. Alternatively, I would add some form of signal booster upstream of the splitter and improve the signal to all four circuits at once.

I also considered converting the coaxial signal to RJ45 and use the ethernet cable with a RJ45 to HDMI converter at each monitor. However, that doesn't seem to work and I suspect the conversion further reduces the signal quality.

I'd appreciate any input on what to do and what to use to improve the signal.

Thanks!
