Venom NR V10s across the board would give you a substantial improvement in dynamics and reduced noise level.

Keep the the Venom PS8. It is a great power distributor and when used in conjunction with NR power cords will give you about 30-40 dB in noise reduction. Get the power cords and then determine if you are happy with the result. After that, if you still want more, consider getting a Delta D6 power conditioner. But I think you will be quite happy the improvement that the V10s provide.
