Two questions about DP 750 :

1/ For MDSD the frequency double from 2,8 a 5,6 , is this will be the case for streaming a 5,6 file would it be doubled pour 11,2 ?

Not clear to me

MDSD operation principle
(1) Double speed operation The illustration shows the MDSD used in the DC-801. The 1-bit DSD signal from the input is first upsampled by a factor of two, from 2.822 to 5.644 MHz (hence the "Double Speed" name). This has the effect of smoothing frequency response in the audible range and allowing the subsequent moving-average filter to operate effectively.

2/ From the review du DP 750 of German publication

Signals from CD drives or other digital gadgets, which can be docked to the player’s converter section via the additional S/PDIF interfaces (optical and RCA), are converted once from PCM into DSD and treated just like native DSD data streams.

All PCM are automatically converted to DSD ….?
