It has changed a lot over the years. Now that I'm retired and the kids are long gone, I have much more flexibility. I listen for about 1-2 hours per night, but the wife and grandkids take precedence if we are doing something. In the winter, there are days I'll sit in the listening chair for several hours during the day. In spring, summer, and fall, I have other hobbies that get me outside for extended periods of time like RC airplanes.
The good thing about my current system is no listening fatigue. If my active dog didn't come to get me for her walks, I would spend even more time in the chair some days.
