Default Coach Me Up On Soundbars

I'm totally out of the loop on this not so new tech. We added a 65" 4K TV to our bedroom and due to its size I had to remove the LCR speakers from our dresser. That's where the TV did reside until I returned it. I'll be replacing it with something much better. Sony probably, but that's a different topic.

Anyway, for the couple of days that I did have the Q60A Samsung in the room I started looking at soundbars to pair with it. Seems there are soo many options and types out there from pretty expensive to pretty darn cheap.

Say I did decide to move my 65" Sony X85J from the living room into the bedroom (and put a 65" Sony OLED in the living room) what would make a decent to pretty good soundbar paring for our bedroom?

I'm looking for something that won't break the bank so to speak. Ideas and insights welcome.
