Freddie, yes volume set at 76%. On Diamond's on Soles of Her Shoes the drum solo sounded like it was in my room. That's what hit 350+ watts. Thor was L + R, only at about 30-40 watts I think. I wasn't paying much attention to it. There are very few tube amps available that will do 500 watts/ch at any price.
My ears are fine (I know you were joking, but there is an element of seriousness too). When the sound is absolutely clean there seems to be no upper limit. It's loud, but not loud.
