Components are Ayre QX-5 Twenty Dac and AX-5 Twenty Integrated with B&W 802D3 speakers.
I have Ref Gen 5 power cords and Isolator Reference on both components and speaker cable is MM2 Gen Reference.
Gen 6 is a little out of reach.

XL is huge improvement over Reference , the openness and transparency in the upper frequency especially. But that depends on how well the rest of the cables will allow
That improvement to show.
