I was going to ask that question. With my new MR87 I will be using the digital optical out going into my D1100 using an AQ Diamond optical. I wonder how this will compare to my MR85 which was strictly analog. I have a nice FM antennae high above my chimney. Well grounded. Makes in addition for a nice lightning rod. I have read extensively about the T-1200. Nothing even come close to this tuner. It may be the most well engineered audio piece on the market today. I doubt that it could ever be improved upon. Hard to believe Accuphase would spend this type of research effort on a tuner.
