Thank you both for your suggestions. I will investigate. Truth is, with regard to vinyl, I find myself streaming, most of the time, and instead of a phono stage, I'd be more interested in a better DAC. My Jolida Glass FX isn't at all bad, for the money however.

Jolida makes good equipment but in the 1500 - 3000 price range there have been a lot of great DACs released in the last few years. On the organic side there are brands such as Merason and Borderpatrol or if you prefer transparency, Chord and Denafrips. Accuphase has a dedicated DAC card if you want to go with a single box solution. The great thing about Accuphase is it has a house sound leaning towards a slight warmth with the ability to extract the dimensional space out of the recording. Beyond that it presents your source as is, so you should definitely hear any upgrade you make to your DAC.
