Thanks for the info on NRE. Was not familiar with them and Terry DeWick has retired.
Been hoping to run across a pair of MC100s for many years. The one pair I found was in Mexico and I passed. Probably a mistake.
Many, if not most, folks think Klipsch speakers work best with lower powered tube amps. With a sensitivity up at ~100db, a few watts will work. For best bass one would likely do well with something of at least 10wpc. Even at 100db one would like a bit of reserve power to move the mass of a 15" woofer.
