I recently moved from an offset box to a Weber Smokey Mountain. Prior to my first use, I put on some wheels, a hinge kit, gasket kit and a BBQ Guru fan/ controller. It is by far the easiest smoker I've ever owned. I recommend this with enthusiasm.
