There are several nice high end grill carts out there besides the Echelon Diamond (although the Echelon is the only one with the window and the Power Hood I believe). I recommend that you get one infrared burner (maybe two if you go with the 4 burner model) - they work well for searing (although there is a bit of a learning curve). And with the dedicated smoker drawer/burner, you can easily put wood chips (or a few charcoal briquettes) in and get a real barbeque experience. I was a charcoal diehard but not anymore.
