Seriously, Kelly and I have reduced our red meat consumption over the years and replaced it with plant based protein. But I am a carnivore and love a good beef or better yet elk steak every so often. Delicious!
Tom, my motto in life has always been (when it comes to food) "Everything in moderation".

I can never be a vegetarian. The benefits of chicken are well documented and in some cultures, chicken soup is even called "the penicillin" for a good reason.
