We are fortunate locally that grass-fed and organic meats are readily available. We find that organic food (half & half, meat, pasta, veggies, whatever) taste better these days. As recent as 10yr ago this was not the case.
That said, a nice porterhouse grilled rare-to-medium rare is about as good as it gets.
