Good question but no easy or cheap, answers.
Because of the angle the Strads spikes hit the floor, normal Stillpoints are not recommended.
Somewhere in the Stillpoints sub-forum is a post from Masterlu with slightly modified SP 5s (I think) which can be used with the angled spikes of the Strads. He worked directly with Stillpoints on that solution.
