The one exception is the Mac MC275. That amp is unusual because running it in mono doesn't really bridge the amplifier, but runs it in parallel.

Yes, it's a good point and I had considered this. According to Accuphase the THD in unbridged is 0.03% 4-16 ohm, and 0.05% 4-16 ohm in bridged mode. So on paper it's a slight increase but not sure I could pass a blind test over 0.02%.
Another option instead of the two A-75 would be a pair of A-250 monoblocks which put out 100w for almost the same price as two A-75, but with the A-75 in bridged it puts out 240w!
