This is just nonsense. If this is not a materials failure - then what caused the failure? It would be fine if Nordost declined a no charge repair because the cable was out of warranty, but to say there is no materials issue is absurd.

For personal reasons I won't get into here, I've always been leery of Nordost products. This lame response from Nordost to Toga just confirms my doubts.
