Dean, had you heard the Parasound JC3+ vs the Herron VTPH-2 or were you going by reviews? The reason I ask is that we currently have almost the same TT (I assume my Performance DC is somewhat close to your Ovation)/Arm/Phono Stage set up - different cartridges though.
