Ivan, seriously I mean it. If I did not want to experience the sound of a statement speaker system I'd quit now. I can't fault my Maxxes in any way. I usually keep my speakers for about 7-10 years and I may decide not to buy the XLF. It's going to be the hardest decision I will ever make audio wise.
Have you noticed how the speakers that employ Be tweeters uniformly must crossover higher up in the midrange than Wilsons? The big Focal has a lot of similar design features to big Wilsons but the handover to the Be tweeter requires a smaller diameter midrange. These types of tweeters (diamond included) do not have the low frequency extesion of Ti's and silk domes.
