Yep, I've used them. They did an excellent job repairing my Grace F9 Ruby about 10 years ago, though it took them 4 or 5 months to do the repair. In fact, the stylus they used was better than the OEM stylus, and it was nice that someone else could replace an actual ruby cantilever.
The Koetsu really isn't a retipping, but a complete overhaul and rebuild of the cartridge from the "ground up".
