WRT power amplifiers, "fully Balanced" presents a potential advantage to designers if they care to exploit it. Namely, that the sum of the +/- supply rail currents is always zero, along with current through the earth node.
Thus it's a relatively simple task to devise a layout that exploits field / inductance cancellation, and power supply distortion mechanisms can be pretty much eliminated.
