Default My new audio rack

I have been building myself a new audio rack over the past couple of months. I went with Greene & Greene styling on this piece, I'm a huge fan of their work. The rack is made from solid cherry with ebony accents, even the drawer bottoms are solid cherry, finished with all water base products from General Finishes. The vertical post are 1.5" square extruded aluminum from 8020 inc. along with several aluminum "L" brackets to attach the post to the base unit and attach each shelf to the post.

What is Greene & Greene you ask? The breadboard ends with ebony accents and the ebony spline detail on the top shelf are all trademarks of G&G work. Also the drawers and base have the classic protruding finger joints. The drawers have what many refer to as the default G&G drawer pull, a curved wooden pull, again with ebony accents.

It took a lot of work but I'm very happy with the way it turned out. Now I have to build two matching bases for my two MC275 amplifiers to sit on.
