Guys,

Well after 11-years my Samsung Split-Unit has totally stopped working last week.

I am a customer of Hiller located in Nashville and have been for over 30-years now.

So, I picked-up my cellphone and contacted the owner of Hiller (Jimmy Hiller Sr.) and explained to him what had taken place.
He had one of his Managers contact me and things went into motion.

Summary,
The Samsung was installed by Hiller and carried through Hiller a 10-year warranty.
Well, sadly it was the 11th year so No-Warranty.
And to me it was simply throwing my money away to have it repaired after 11-years.
Mr. Hiller (Jimmy) sent one of his Sr. Project Manager's (David Cunningham) out so we could decided on exactly what was the (Right) choice for the replacement.
David and I had a great informative meeting and the choice was made for the replacement with David's assistance.
I should mention David had Many-many years of experience and he definitely knows his product lines.
Cathy (Wife) and I signed the contract and a few days later Hiller techs were here to take care of business.
The new Mitsubishi works perfect and for all of us that have Dedicated HT this thing is virtually SILENT on Low-Fan.
Much-much quieter than the 11-year old Samsung it replaced.
Cathy and I are 100% totally satisfied.

I loved his truck and he said come on and get your fanny over in the driver's seat.
It is a lot Faster than what one think.
It was nice to be dealing with a Totally "Down-to-Earth" fellow not someone that was all business with No-Small-Talk.
