Static and 160 series meters
I have found that the meter needles on my 160S can become stuck due to static build up. After several attempts a microfiber cloth cleared the problem although the affected meter seems less illuminated than its cohort. Evidently the meter faceplate is an outsourced part. The operation of the amplifier is unaffected, fortunately. I cannot avoid speculation on the long term durability and serviceability of these purely stylistic meters.
