Don’t know guys, but this fellow has a 6700 sq ft house in the Garden District, which is a lovely area. There is a higher incidence of crime, but it’s lovely. He also owns a local landmark theatre, so he’s clearly made the decision to adopt that lifestyle and area for his home. I suspect he knows all about security issues around him (and hurricane risk and everything else).
