Default Bryston Date Codes?

I read up on Bryston date codes and the article stated that they normally come in a 4-digit format: YYWW; YY = last 2-digits of the year and WW = week number.

I just looked at a photo taken of the back of a Bryston amp and it has only 3-digits in the date code field.

Is it possible that Bryston doesn't add a zero (0) holder when the week number is in single digits? For example, week number four is displayed as "4" instead of "04."

Any information about how Bryston provides date codes for their equipment would be much appreciated.
