Very nice improvement in detail, depth of sound-stage and detail with the RCA 6189 & KT77s. However, a bit of a mismatch between the pre- and power amps. Can't turn the volume down as low as I would like it to go. So, tossing in a pair of 3db in-line attenuators between the two.
