Give DBPoweramp a try. They have a free try out period. Once you see the ease to rip and versatility for metadata you will never go back to a one box solution. I love Bryston products (I own an SP3), but the reality is that for consistent ripping your best bet is to use a true and tried dedicated software. My motto when it comes to ripping is: Rip it once, do it right, and forget it.
