I use 2.0.2 firmware, but, alas, it is not currently compatible with the latest models. They're working on an improved firmware for current models.

I have heard the W4S 2 and, while it is a very good DAC, the MKII betters it by a wide margin in its analog presentation, detail and bass depth. I have not heard the Berkley, but someone I trust has compared it to his MKII and he says he felt the Berkley provided as much detail but was more analytical and less "musical." Once you get into the $5k to $8k range, you're really talking more about taste than objective quality, IMHO.
