How far apart are your speakers from each other and your primary listening position?

that`s the way I always do it. I "mark" the spikes (or their plates) with a pencil and then use the inner mark as a "fix point" when I toe in the speakers equally by pushing the rear toward the outside.

I have just never toed them in to cross before my listening position.

I found toeing them in further than minimal (about 3 cm depth from outer to inner spike) to bring no significant advantage in imaging ( they produce an amazing center stage even with a very open setup) but you get a loss in stage/width.

So I went back to an open setup.

What`s the official advice for setup by B&W in America (just out of curiosity) ?
